COVID-19 ARRANGEMENTS

To enable Bradpole Parish Council to continue to make day to day decisions relating to the provision of basic council services during the period of COVID-19 Councillors have adopted a Scheme of Delegation”.

A log of the decisions made under this scheme is maintained and is available upon request from: bradpole@dorset-aptc.gov.uk. These decisions are subsequently confirmed at Parish Council meetings

The health and safety of our employees, Councillors and members of the public remain paramount. The Parish Council receives guidance from the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) and the Dorset Association of Parish & Town Councils (DAPTC) in matters relating to face-to-face public meetings and other informal administration meetings that may be held remotely.

The Chairman of the Council, together with the Parish Clerk & Deputy Clerk, provide a weekly report to Councillors on civil parish matters which includes information on decisions made under the Scheme of Delegation.
